This was a controversial and compelling game. Newcastle United led three times but Manchester United kept fighting, kept clawing their way back into the game and winning with a 90th-minute goal from Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez.
With Wayne Rooney and Ashley Young injured and Danny Welbeck out through illness, Ferguson was short of attacking options beyond Hernandez and Robin van Persie.
Fortunately for Manchester, Chicharito came on strong on the second half and scored the late winner. Watch the video below!
